Ian Waldron
Managing Partner
Ian Waldron is managing partner of Scriba Waldron and since 2017 he has been committed to the company's growth. He oversees the investment analysis and decision-making process. In addition, he leads the development of software technologies purposed to drive efficiencies across all areas of Scriba Waldron's operations as well as provide for more sophisticated and meaningful analysis.
Ian has been responsible for economic, quantitative, and CRE experience and education. Ian sits on the SWC Real Asset Investment Committee and is a Director on the Scriba Waldron Board of Directors.
Daniel Scriba
Partner
Daniel Scriba serves as Partner and Head of Real Estate Operations at Scriba Waldron. Daniel manages all acquisitions, due diligence, on-going operations. He also works closely with investors to make sure visions are aligned and satisfied.
Daniel has over seven years of commercial real estate experience. He has been responsible for the oversight of $50+million in real estate over his career. Daniel sits on the Scriba Waldron Real Asset Investment Committee and is a Director on the Scriba Waldron Board of Directors.
Dr. Timothy Waldron
Partner
Dr. Tim Waldron has oversight of financial operations of the Scriba Waldron Portfolio and is responsible for maximizing returns of each asset. Additionally, Tim ensures the reporting and internal control standards are met or exceeded.
Tim has extensive experience in all facets of real estate including acquisition, development, management, and disposition. He sits on the Scriba Waldron Real Asset Investment Committee and is a Director on the Scriba Waldron Board of Directors
